The Midwestern Idol Union (MIU) is an organization created by Midwestern kaigai idols, for Midwestern kaigai idols. We seek to support idols who reside in the Midwest and provide a place for them to shine, as well as make visiting idols feel welcome here in our home region. Free! Idol Project

The FREE IDOL Project is a deeply ambitious long-term initiative striving to unite the worldwide idol community & enable anyone to “freely” pursue their own idolhood. First founded in 2020, the FIP serves a vibrant community on discord, but the scope of our vision doesn’t stop there- one of our biggest goals is to create a website where, in addition to providing a platform catered to idols and their fans, we can host events, directly provide resources to the community and serve as a uniting symbol for idols across the globe.By investing in FIP, you are investing in the future of all kaigai idols.

Tri-State Idol Union

GREETINGS AND WELCOME TO THE TRI-STATE IDOL UNION!We are a public server dedicated to advancing and connecting idol performers from the North East. Despite what the server's name implies, you do not have to live in the same region as us to show your support!We want to give new and experienced members of the idol, coverist, and cosplayer communities a voice, resources, opportunities for collaboration and a chance to grow and do what they do best — put on a show!As per our views, Tri-State Idol Union is a safe, welcoming, and judgement-free community, and in order to keep it that way, we ask that you behave and follow the guidelines outlined in #rules !

We are official partners with IDOL HOME! A network that showcases the kaigai idol community worldwide using a bunch of different communities!

Midwest Wotagei Community

We are the Midwest Wotagei Community! This server is dedicated to be a collaborative community for Wotagei (cyalume/penlight dance), Chikagei (underground/penlightless dance), Anikura (anime song rave), and Call & Mix for the US Midwest. Non-Midwestern friends are welcome!

Luminary Idol Network

The Luminary Idol Network aims to bring idols together. Each year it runs a digital showcase as well as making idol material such as articles.

Rules/Eligibility

  • All members should be 16+ at the time of entry for safety reasons.

  • Cosplay idols are welcome as well as original idols.

  • Entries for groups/brands that you are not a part of are not permitted. If there is an act you would like to see on the database, reach out to MIU staff. We cannot guarantee that they will be added, as we will only add acts with express permission from one or more members.

  • Non Midwestern idols are permitted under the correct submission categories.

We are the Midwestern Idol Union (MIU), our goal is to provide a space for idols to connect with each other from all over the Midwestern United States!
